515 Euros raised at First Charity Holi Festival

3, 2, 1… Color burst! Joy, fun, and solidarity were all blended last Friday at the 1st charity Holi festival at CreaNova. In exchange for a donation, AFA handed out colored packets to children and adults alike, for everyone to enjoy. Each color has a special meaning: red symbolizes fertility, pink represents love, blue is associated with the god Krishna, yellow for the golden turmeric, and green representing spring.

And what about the blowers? A clever and fun solution for dusting off clothes and hair in the current drought situation.

Thanks to the funds raised, the dream of building a school in Anantapur (India) with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation is a little bit closer. We remind you that the total amount needed to reach the goal is 11,000 euros, which will be collected through various activities in the upcoming courses. The Holi festival has been just the beginning!

Sponsorships continue, and there are already a total of 14. All of them are children from the same community, Kotakonda (south India), and the idea is to reach the 50 children in need.

A thousand thanks to everyone for contributing!
