Library Inauguration!

This Tuesday, AFA had the honor of attending the inauguration of the school library.

The 3rd and 4th-year ESO students have been working on a beautiful project this semester, led by Kevin Mena, a Catalan language teacher, and Lucia Gómez, a Spanish language teacher, with the support of Laura Settecase.

This project involved setting up the school library, and for this, they had to allocate spaces, organize, select book by book, categorize by sections… Additionally, they created a beautiful space for the primary school children who will greatly enjoy it. You can feel that it is a project done with lots of love that will surely continue to surprise us.

From AFA, we were able to help by delivering the books that families brought last year, the donation from a mother from the Larousse publishing house, and this year, we were lucky enough to receive a generous donation from a school family, including books ranging from English literature to science books for the little ones. We want to thank this family for their effort and all the people who have collaborated.

The Library and Loan Committee continues to work with the school. We remind you that books can keep being donated, and the Library and Loan Committee needs volunteers to cover and catalog them. For any inquiries, you can write to us at biblioteca@afacreanova.org.

Thank you!
